I've talked to my dermatologist, 2 different dermatologist.They didn't believe it when I said, I think the main cause of my acne is the Streptococcus.They didn't believe because I got the information after reading this MM book which explains the main cause of someone having a breakout. They didn't believe it because the person who wrote the book doesn't have a medical degree.

Hi Melanie, Nice to meet you. I use tree hut shave oil. I use it on wet or dry it won't shave hair area on my legs at all that is what it says to do on the back. I feel like works on other people not me. I don't thank it's for me it's waste of money. I like use shave cream or shave gel or body wash. What should I do please help me. I need some tips.

3 things are happening to me after 7 months on a 99% vegan diet (I eat an egg and a few sardines once or twice a month). 1) severe, UNBEARABLE flatulence. I have the same pain, appendicitis-like pain, on a regular basis and yesterday my partner was calling ambulance he thought I was dying. 2) my TSH level is growing and it's so weird because my thyroid has been in a great shape for 47 years of my life (I have yearly check ups which include ultrasound and full blood panel). 3) I'm anaemic ,have low hemoglobin, low iron, low ferritin. I was a keto enthusiast for 6 years before going plant-based and that diet ruined almost every single aspect of my health I wanted to die that's why I went plant based. My plant based journey in the beginning was tough because I didn't digest carbohydrates but within time it started to get better and I was so happy to be eating a variety of fruits veggies seeds and grains again.I didn't have migraines, I started to have regular bowel movement (before once a week!), my adult hormonal acne was gone, my eyesight got beter, cholesterol was perfect, everything seemed to be getting better..except daily flatulence wanted to kill me and I'm not just saying i had discomfort and big belly. I was dying of pain. Today I'm sitting at night waiting for two capsules of simethicone to kick in so I can lie down and fall asleep because it's impossible right now i'm so extremely bloated. I can't eat anything at this point without being bloated at night. In the morning the rest of my night gas goes out and my stomach is back to normal. When i start eating I know it will hurt me but I have to eat something. I went plant based because I couldn't participate in the industry hurting in auch unimaginable way cows and pigs in particular. I thought I could handle and egg or sardines from time to time but eggs give me acne and canned foods headache (heavy metal overload). I'm sick and tired and although there are so many benefits I get from this diet I'm afraid I'll damage my gut completely and I know I have to stop..

Everyone says to use dry shampoo to make your hair/scalp feel less oily between washes, but that's never worked for me. It just makes my hair feel oily, but now with more gross crud in it. 😞

I can’t understand the hype with this product. It leaves a stick film on your skin that pills when you rub it or try to apply makeup on top. So people who wear absolutely no makeup whatsoever might like it I guess

Stop your vegan diet. Trust me. I was a vegan- vegetarian for 8 yrs. It's going to age you. And you are going see your health declining maybe not right away because I didn't notice anything until after about four years but by the six-year you're going to realize that it's aging you and right now you don't care because you're young and you're beautiful but trust me I've been there..... Stop of the sugar from all the fruit in your diet the sugar from the fruit is going to cause your face your skin your collagen to sag.... If you got some time watching channel called vegan deterioration I had already quit by the time I found that channel but she's helped a lot of vegans open their eyes... I'm suffering something similar too... I was told I had a B12 deficiency 4 months ago so I switched back to eating animal products.... but my gut health now is terrible ... I decided to try a MVST suitcase and have had a poor experience, unfortunately. The suitcase got badly damaged in first check-in (with a “fragile” sticker on it!). It’s not just dents - the suitcase now wobbles and wheels don’t move properly. MVST says they won’t refund it even though it’s clearly a major quality issue, and they can’t replace it for 2 months, so I don’t have a usable suitcase and I’m down ~$500. I would advise caution people to stay away.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I had this weird experience with the shampoo. I ordered a lilac colour shampoo which got black in 3 months, and I was shocked after seeing that because I felt like I have wasted my CAD 90 on a shampoo which I thought would be worth it. Hey Melanie, have you had the Cov*d vaccine such as Pfizer or Astrazeneca? If so, I would consider the possible side effects on your hormonal health / reproductive system.... There are many similar cases following the vaccine campaign that could explain your problems. But obviously, the vegan diet is the biggest factor to what has caused your health to decline at such a young age...
